  Where we are

  Our central warehouses are located in Finestrat (Alicante), from where we distribute our machinery throughout Spain.

  Shipping

  Shipping and packaging costs shall be borne by the customer.

  Guarantee

  One month warranty against all defects including labour.
  This guarantee will be valid if it is carried out in our facilities and by our technical service.
  Shipping costs for repairs are not included.
  In no event shall we be liable for any damages that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of its defect.
  All our products are pre-tested in our facilities, so the warranty will not cover problems caused by incorrect installation.

  Returns

  Returns will only be accepted if they have been previously authorised.
  The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
